Mr. N V GANGADHAR is a co-founder of the firm. He is a graduate and a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 13 years standing in the profession. He has wide experience in the field of Auditing, Direct Tax, Corporate finance, Due-diligence and Business Valuation.

Mr.Naga Durga sudhakar is qualified Chartered Accountant with 15 years of experience in the fields of accounting and auditing. Before joining NSVR, he worked as a Director- Finance in the Global Financial Reporting team of Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited. Before joining Dr. Reddy's, he worked in operational risk department in SKS Microfinance for 1 year and before that he had worked in the statutory audit division of KPMG for 5 years.

He has been instrumental in structuring and formulating effective tax strategies for various corporates. He is the in-charge partner for GST under his supervision the firm deliver vide services like GST Due Diligence, GST Impact Study, GST Audit, GST Opinion, GST Litigation and GST Health Check.
He has dealt with number of survey, scrutiny and investigations in GST, Service tax and VAT Excise. He involved in statutory audit of Hospitals, Infrastructure Companies and service organizations across India.
